Lovely to see you and chat again in the shop. I will be running 2 yoga classes:
Go beyond yoga at Revitalise 86 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2EB (11:00 am - 12:30 pm) and Unity studio The Basement, 130 Lewis Road, Brighton, BN2 3L. (6:15 pm - 7:30 pm) which are a very gentle medative style created after many years of practicing and working with Addiction in rehabs and drug projects. Classes by donation
Also from the New year I will be running a breath work group at Unity studio The Basement, 130 Lewis Road, Brighton, BN2 3L on Thursday mornings 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, that will alternate between basic Pranayama (gentle breath / bodywork ) and an advanced Kriya practice. Giving a safe space to explore the power of Pranayama.
