tingsha bells

These Tingsha bells (hand cymbals) are decorated with etched dragons. The dragon embodies strength, goodness and the spirit of change or transformation. The undersides are inscribed with the three sacred Tibetan syllables Om A Hum. They are hand cast by Tibetan artisans and have been used for centuries by Tibetan Buddhists in preparation for meditation. Gently strike together to produce a resonating sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation.
