A crescent heart shape zafu meditation cushion. 100% cotton removerable outer cover in a beautiful chakra striped design handloomed. The 100% organic cotton inner bag is filled with heat treated triple cleaned buckwheat husks. Used for meditation, kneeling astride or sitting cross legged. A useful addition to any home too. The filling of husks allows the body to nestle and mould into the cushion. The zip on the inner bag allows for personal adjustment of the filling.
